The Team Discount Full Festival Pass is reserved for pre-approved performance teams only.

The TEAM DISCOUNT FULL FESTIVAL PASS includes ALL the regular daytime workshops held in the Silver Legacy Resort Casino Ballrooms, The Eldorado Convention Center and the Circus Circus Mandalay Ballrooms  (Note: specialty classes, exclusive trainings and competition fees are not included), General Admission to ALL four (4) nights of the SHOWS in Silver Legacy Grand Expo Hall and ALL four (4) nights of the evening social dancing and parties.

The 2027 Reno Latin Dance Fest starts Thursday, 1/7/2027 at 12:00PM. Ends Monday, 1/11/2027 at 4:00AM.

*YOU MUST be a pre-approved dance team to qualify for the Team Discount Full Festival Pass.

$210 plus LET tax and fees until July 16, 2026 at 11:59PM

$220 plus LET tax and fees until September 10, 2026 at 11:59PM

$230 plus LET tax and fees until October 30, 2026 at 11:59PM

$240 plus LET tax and fees until December 3, 2026 at 11:59PM

$250 plus LET tax and fees until December 30, 2026 at 11:59PM

$260 plus LET tax and fees online or at the festival registration desk after December 30, 2025
